My career spans global corporations like Procter & Gamble, General Motors and Zurich Seguros, and growing companies like FerreMix, Partsium and Global Resources. Along the way I saw what structure does for a business — and how rarely small, owner-run companies get access to it.
Throughout all of those experiences, one truth became clear: small businesses don't underperform because of a lack of effort. They underperform because managing people is hard — vision lives in the owner's mind, but execution depends on others. Practical Planning™ was born to change that. It blends corporate structure with entrepreneurial speed, because no owner should have to fight the battle alone.
